That looks really good. How did you serve it up? Sandwiches or plated? I'd have that with baked beans and mashed potatoes.

Cherry, apple and hickory for pork are my favorite smoking woods. I did a grilled pork loin on a cherry plank a few months ago that was good.

DAY-UM.....that looks good!! I can almost smell that from here! You just can't beat cooking like that, IMO. Nothing like it.
Love the cooker, BTW......I have that same tank that I converted into my maple syrup evaporator.....works like a charm....

Nothing us "country boy's" can't whip up Brother;ex.. I may be from Jersey, but I can hunt, fish, cook, and survive,,,,,,,,,;) EASILY.... That's why I appreciate and respect "everyone" on this site, they get it done!
