What started out ( I thought ) was going to be a hassle, headache, saving a dollar mistake, wound up turning into Great Customer Service. The first flex pro liner was defective and the second also, puckers on the inside after unrolling it. However, when I called them about the second one they seemed as puzzled as I was about the matter. I asked if I could opt out for the rigid complete kit and pay the difference and low an behold they came back an said " yes, at no extra charges for the trouble And told me to do as I wish with the flex kit. My hat goes off to Chimney Liner Depot Customer Service ! Todd 2 PS. Talked to real people every call also.
