We have had our CAB50 pellet stove for 3 years problem free till about a month ago. The motor isn't feeding the fire pot properly. If we place some pellets in the fire pot, it will fire up but the auger barely sends any pellets down to burn. The motor on the auger chirps when it attempts to work. We took the motor out cleaning the shaft and brought it to a local shop. The shop said the motor was working but something isn't right. If we place our finger over the protruding part of the motor, it drops pellets. Anyone have an idea?

Something isn't right, but he couldn't fix it. Is your thermo couple working and plugged in correctly? Any lights on the control box that gives an indication of what's happening?

Any pics?
