I'll second Red Oak nice score
 
It is oak and seems to be in the Red Oak group. I don't know what types of oaks grow in Belgium, and I don't recognize the tree. The leaves look like the North American Northern Red Oak, but bark is more like Pin Oak, also North American.

Thans a lot for the replies. I searched for both Red Oak (Quercus Rubra) and Pin Oak (Quercus Palustris) and the first one seems most likely. It's considered an invasive species in Belgium and is often removed from local forests. Also the fact that is appears to be suited for sandy, meager ground corresponds to my region
