Yes, no more propane, we used to use it to start diesels and it doesn't work anymore. But it's mostly kerosene still.

No... its not kerosene, and in fact there is no kerosene in there. I used to work for General Dynamics in San Diego, where WD 40 (as well as WD1-39) were developed (at Convair).

Its mostly refined mineral spirits and mineral oil.
 
Huh, I have worked with General Dynamics too. They are the company that builds many of the bombs and missile systems the military has.
