Hi
I have a heilsa pellet stove which might need a new exhaust fan assemblly
No longer sold nor do parts seem to be available but maybe similar parts can be used
Does anyone see a resemblence in these photos to a known part?
Should I dissasemble the blower assembly to see if it can be salvagee
It has been running for 6 winters
The photo uploading feature here works about the same as my broken combustion fan so I will just post the urls

A spec plate on the motor? Should be able to find comparable exhaust motor and fan blade...

PS ... No specs in the manual to use as a guide<>

thanks
I've been all over his store online and nothing matches the look but maybe something can be modified
I am going to pull it and see whats up . Maybe its clogged inside
I did apply my 15amp leaf blower/sucker to the chimney a while ago and I've been assuming that it would clean fan out as well but maybe not

May be far easier to replace motor itself and fan blade rather than whole housing .... need measurements of blade, shaft length...

You can find bearings local. I did have to order my convection blower bearings, kind of oddball with 3/16 inch ID.

i am thinking actually it is bearings
clean as a whistle in the fan chamber
motor is trying but there is play in the bearing and acts like a binding bearing
how is the shaft attached to the motor?
is complete disassembly the way to go?

You may have a electric motor rebuild shop do the job of removing and replacing bearings. You have 4 months to get it done.
