Hello does anyone know what the rpm speeds are at each setting a-f on a breckwell p28fs so i can tell if my combustion fan is working right?

Im rethinking this question above,is it possible that the combustion fan runs at full speed and you only control the amount of input air via damper. Or does the control board adjust the voltage per selected setting? thoughts????????????
