It will if the old one does not work
Welcome to the forum
how about a detailed problem
When was the last time the stove had a serious cleaning?
When was the convection blower removed cleaned and oiled?
Just for starters.

I just cleaned it last 6 days ago. Motor out cleaned and oiled. Making lots of noise ( convection blower) bought a new one. Waiting for it to arrive. I will be cleaning it again soon.

If the motor is nosey then it is time to replace
You most likely will get more air being blown across the heat exchanger
which in theory will give you more heat. Then again it is not the
fan that produces the heat it is the stove
So when was the last time the stove had an air intake to exhaust termination cleaning?
