Convection blower stuck on 25-PDV

I've had this pellet stove for about three years now and didn't know about the cleaning procedure for the blower. It recently started to make a weird noise like something is rubbing and at times it would stop.

Now it's completely dead and can actually hear the motor trying to run when I turn the setting from 1-9 on the blower.

Before I spend $165 on PU-4C447 blower, is it possible the fan just might need cleaning and it will fire back up?

At this point you don't have anything to loose but the time to take apart and clean and possibly oil. If it don't work get one order tommorow AM.

Aside from the four bolts I see, is the cleaning fairly straight forward?

Compressd air works best.If not availible,vacuum and brush.
