With all you are milling I bet you can pull this off for 5.00-10.00 bucks a square foot! (Mill the roof deck too) look for used windows and shingles too! (lots of new shingles out there for used prices)

If you milled ALL the wood, you could pull that off. I'd rather toss up some metal on the roof than deck it and shingle it....especially in a damp area (the woods) where it is really hard on shingles.

Still have to deck it....

Nah...just put up some pearling to screw into. Stand 2x4s on end across the rafters...strong and easy.
 
That pic on abroist of that saloon, is that kinda what your looking at?
