Couple 2 Liners I have decided to get the big boy. The Pacific Energy Summit insert for our house. And i have access to 2 pieces of Liner which joined together will reach the 30 to 35 feet that i need to get out the masonry chimney which is located in the middle of our house. Is it a good idea to couple these or do i have to install one solid piece of Liner.
Thanks guys, you've helped allot. Tim

Yeah if those are too tight a fit in the chimney they are available that fit into both pieces of liner and you use stainless pop rivets.

That Heatfab one would be the way to go.

At 30-35' I'd be thinking of downsizing to 5.5"

First see how it goes and how much actual liner there is. There is a big difference between say 28ft actual and 35ft. If the liner is ovalized a bit at the damper that may slow it down a little.
