creosote on ash door???

    I have an england 28-3500 stove and have noticed that a lot of creosote has built up on the inside of the door and some on the floor. I looked inside under the main firebox and noticed it inside on the rails and supports. Is that normal or indicating something wrong. I don't have any creosote anywhere else.
