Its wet here and starting to get very sloppy. I have one spot I can cut and not worry about damage or getting stuck so I loaded up and headed out. I knew there were three standing dead red elm that were easy pickings. I figured that all three would fill my truck bed and be a good haul.

There is one positive of the EAB, always plenty of ash to cut. I found this leaner near by and finished off my load.

It started raining as I was leaving so it will get split another day.
