Sure look like modified Jonsered's to me.

we have had a few at work they are jonsered powerheads with a few oiling modifications, a large D handle on the starter rope, K&N style oiled air filter, depth gage and their patented "bullet chain". the chains are tough, we cut roofs with multiple layers of shingles and lots of nails. after loosing a few carbide teeth you can send it back to the company for repair.
