burn pot on my us stove 5510 fills up with caked ash and unburned pellets at least once per day. Tried to adjust draft, but the only i know is to jack up the# on the controll panel.any suggestions

Did you try contacting the alternative heating specialty retailer you bought the furnace from? They normally have extensive knowledge on the products they sell and a service crew on staff that can come help you out. It may even be a warranty issue and they could fix it for free.
