Lowes was doing something similar last year for a while but only needed to buy 3 tons I believe. Then they stopped it. I saw an email printed and taped to the customer service desk that was a letter from a manager of some sorts saying that they had discontinued that deal. Not sure why?

over 10 yr's ago bought 3 tons with free delivery from HD, and the price was $134 a ton!
Ahhh, the good 'ol days. If only we knew then what we know now...
