I have a 14 year old Blazeking that went south on me and have a Regency that I want to replace it with. How the heck do I get the bi-wall pipe apart without pulling the sawzall out of its case?

If you've got Simpson DuraVent, you may be able to separate the sections using strap wrenches.
I've had some success using a leather belt as a strap wrench in a pinch, but you'll probably need another pair of hands to help...
The 4" inner (exhaust) sections of the co-linear pipe tend to bond themselves together & disassembly becomes almost impossible
without mechanical advantage...
