Need new Refactory. Prices increased so now about $250.

Toying with the idea of possibly making some molds and using a refactory mix and cementing the individual parts
together. Also, what if I cut fire brick to form a chamber?

The refactory is very fragile. Soft material and really feels and looks like asbestoes ( I hope not ).
