I scored this load of ash from my parents and i had this little mis-hap 7 miles from home with no spare :(

Looks like you did what any self respectin' Iowan would do......run 'er home anyway :)

And thats what i did. It was either unhook and leave my hard work by the side of the road for someone to hit or steal or drag the rusty pile. The looks i got as people passed by were priceless.
 
Does your truck match the trailer? That would look sweet.

Naa the other half went belly up long ago and my plow truck is white. The rust matches though. ;)

Nice load. I'm amazed the trailer made it home. That looks like a ton and a half load on there.
 
Never have seen a cross section of Ash that looked like that before.
 
That truck bed looks like it was in a drive by shooting. Or the finale of a bonnie and clyde movie.:cool:
