Just had a load of 2.5 cord for $500 c/s/d. Cut to my requested length, delivered in one load. I asked what kind of equipment they used to load the truck, the guy says "I did it". Nuff said. He processed the whole load, before he hurled it into the dump truck. It cracks me up when people bust balls over being shorted 1/10 of a cord of wood. I have also learned that the lowest price is not always the best deal. Instead of buying off of Craigslist, I now have a local tree service that I have an understanding with. I get what I want, when I want it. They get their money in cash.
