    He lives in an apartment block and seemed to have cans of gasoline up there to use in his home made generator.

    To me, making electricity cannot be reckless in itself, but storing gasoline in an apartment block is potentially incredibly dangerous.

    Funny, I had similar ideas, and found this showmans engine quite attractive to park by the back door.........

    I'm not sure about his firing technique though ;)
