Either glue it back on or replace it.

The door gasket on my 2.5 year old PE Spectrum Classic has come lose. What should I do?

If you can re cement it you can try it but it might not work well. The other option is to pull it out and clean the channel with a wire brush. After the wire brush use cement and a new gasket then shut the door for a couple of hours to dry. The fire her up again and burn baby burn :)

Yes, a real head scratcher. Is it lose or loose?

No. Try again.

I've been burning for the last couple hours and everything seems fine and normal, but I still wonder if I did it right. . . .

Take the stove to the dealer so they can inspect it and critique your work.
