anybody know where I can a cheaer door glass for my pellet furnace? The cheapest I could find is 220 dollars which is way too much for me to spend.

local glass shop, ask for pyrex. Make sure they know it is for a high heat wood furnace. If you cant afford that, try cutting a piece of 1/2" thick steel. If you cant afford that, I am not sure what the options are.
