Hi,

I have had an Eco 45 pellet stove since November '07. There was a problem with the igniter and control panel in it and since it was under warranty it was returned. I received the new stove (same model) almost two weeks ago, and when started it up I noticed that the blowers were quite a bit louder than the last stove. I tried to press the "lower sound" button on the panel but to no avail. It also does not seem to be burning as hot either (takes longer for the room to be heated). I am almost at my wits end with these Drolet stoves and would appreciate any help. I saw that there is someone on this forum who worked for the factory (?), maybe you know something that would help?

Thanks,

Joell
