Corn is not your best option even in a CORN rated stove
Corn is very corrosive
Duravent spend millions of dollars on making a vent that handle the gases corn puts out.
but the MANUFACTURES of stoves did not
Pellet stove are made of standard steel and all combustion blowers (that are connected to that special corn vent) are Galvanized sheet metal
How long is that steel and sheet metal going to hold up to the corrosive gases of burning corn?
A lot of Stove manufactures Upgraded the stainess steel burn pot to handle corn
What about the Burn pot, Burn chamber, heat exchange, Baffles, and Exhahst ports and blowers?
they are just standard black steel.

There are no real ratings on this stuff - but if you mean "flex fuel" as taking higher ash pellets and corn and perhaps other bio-fuels, check out Magnum - countryside, etc.
They have been making corn stoves for 10+ years and live and work near corn country.
