Just an observation: I bet my stove temp goes up almost 150-200 degrees once coaling begins.
 
And when I open the side door to toss a couple small splits in...it's almost too much. Good thing I have an everlasting supply of gauntlet welding gloves and Cool Hands from work I can "borrow".
