Ecological decision?!? More like Non-Economical!

In california anything is possible - slap a "green" label on it, and double the price. So when you drive by this sustainable property, leave them a present of "fertilizer" so the trees grow better. Maybe they will pay you for making their place a "pit stop" so it will become more sustainable.
 
Its for the "ellitist" greens who would still buy it if it was $5/stick and who seem to think that it can't be green if it doesn't simultaneously cost a lot of money.
 
Of course ads like this do make the usual Craigs List disclaimer at the top of the ad rather ironic - Avoid scams by dealing locally? What happens when the scam IS local? :lol:

I know what you mean. Those people near Cornell U certainly are a little different. Not your typical Upstaters for sure!!!
