I talked to the dealer in the states for these. Seem like a nice set up but I don't understand the refractory in the bottom. Looks like the secondary flame just hits a piece of stainless. Anyone know about how these work or hold up compared to the EKO, Econoburns or tarms?

Lambda control seems nice if it will last.
