Yes I noticed, Primary is misspelled in the title.
Just thought I'd give EKO guys a heads up if this issue arises.
I installed my 60 in 2008 and have had no issues. Recently it wouldn't produce btu's. After cleaning the turbulators and no luck I took the blower panel off and found the primary shutters clogged up. The mice decided to make nests (boiler is in out-building) then gradually ash and creosote fully blocked it.
With a quick cleaning all is good. Guess I'll have to check it again before the next 10 years pass... ;em

No trouble here with the primaries but it will get a little more attention during the annual cleaning. Good to hear of your 9 year run and good luck for another 9.
