I picked up this electric splitter ( 5 ton/ 7 ton, not sure which) about a year ago on CL for short $.
I used it quite a bit, split a few cords or so. It worked quite well, but developed a few problems,
It started leaking oil from around the motor/pump and the plastic control box was cracked and falling apart.

Got it all fixed up now, replaced the pump shaft seal and replaced the original plastic box with a
die cast one. Hopefully good as new.;lol

Eeek! That looks like my Pow-R-Kraft five ton. I hope those repairs aren't in my future. At least not too soon.
