Ashes up to the door lip. I’d let it go a little too long. Filled up my 2 ash buckets just about. Shagbark hickory must be one of the worst for ash. Very fine powder. Made a bit of a mess. Trusty ash shovel I made a few years back makes it go somewhat easier. I grab a heaping scoop and go right out the back door where the bucket awaits. Dump. Come back in. I couldn’t imagine trying to do it all inside.
