What model stove? (PDV, PDVC, PAH, EP, IP, CPM)?

Where did the noise come from?

Where was the stove at in its cycle? (Just started, Running for hours, Etc)?

Welcome to the Forums.

i would guess that if its not feeding pellets your auger(s) are not operating. when its on do u see the bottom one turning in the burn pot area? thats the one that dies first because it runs all the time and is exposed to ALOT more heat than the top one. not enough info to make a real call....... are there any error codes?

Depends on what model?

The PDV and PDVC has 2 augers and are bottom feed.

But the new generation of Englanders are all top feed and single augers. The 25-PAH, 25-EP, 10-CPM, and 25-IP.
