england pellet stove not turning on

I have a england stove and when i hit the on button it imeditly goes to off, iv ran the diagnostic and everything works fine just wont turn on it has the PU-CB04 controler any help would be great thanks

Sometimes I have to press on up to 3 times before it sticks there... don't know why, but persistence pays.

Possablly unplug the stove to reset it and try again. Don't know alot about these stoves but someone should be along that can help you out.

Ive benn trying for two days unpluging and reseting i even pulled apart the touchpad to see if the off button was stuck

What model stove do you have? Is it new, or bought used? Do you have it connected to a thermostat? If not, is the jumper wire still in place on the control board?
