Englander 25-PDVC Buying replacement gaskets? At dealer only?

I have a 25-PDVC and am in need of gaskets. I missed the sale Englander was having earlier and now must buy gaskets. Is Englander the only place these can be bought? For starters I am looking to buy the two combustion blower gaskets and the burn pot gasket.
 
try searching englander gaskets from what i have read in the past most are using high temp silicoine
or going to the local parts store, they have gasket paper that looks the same not sure if it is
