Hi everone, new member to this forum. My Englander 25pdvc bottom auger stops aftern6 to 8 hour burn causing fire to go out. what can cause this?

Either a pellet(s) or sawdust getting stuck at the back of the auger, you will need to remove both augers to clear the blockage and then re-assemble.

or ....

You have carbon buildup around the lower auger where the fuel comes out onto the burn plate.

Could be carbon buildup, but more likely a sign that your auger motor is about toast. I'd suggest you order one before the current motor gives up for good. You can also buy yourself a little time by swapping the upper and lower auger motors. Also, there are some bushings on the electric side of the auger motor itself, try some light lubricant such as 3in1 on them. But, ultimately you will likely need a new motor.
