Now that you have the motor off, move the face plate around and see if it is loose.
I already ordered one of the Gleason Avery motors to replace mine.
With the cheapness of these motors, it is not worth buying OEM when a higher quality is available for less money.
Still love my 25PDV, it has done more than I expected for saving me money!
