Warning.. Dumb question coming..

So, my 25pdvc has started to tick. This isn't mechanical, it's the usual "when something is heating up or cooling off" ticking.

The issue is, it's doing it more and more often at any heat setting.

So, stove is running, pellets feed, flame
Grows and stove ticks while it heats up, those pellets burn down, flame goes down,
more pellets come, and it does it again. Rinse. Repeat.

It's driving me nuuuuuuts!

My wood stove does this but only while heating up, and only around a certain temp. This thing is doing it with the smallest of temp swings.

Am I bound to listen to this?

This was supposed to land in the pellet forum.. Woops! Sorry

Most all metal stoves tick, usually more at certain temp ranges. Can't see a pellet stove being much different.
