Not sure if the warranty would transfer or not, but the price seems good, especially if it essentially brand new and never fired.
If the original owner never registered the stove with Enviro, I would think it could still be had.
That is a great price if the warranty issue was able to be resolved.

Great price. I have the same one and paid $3K, which was also a great price.
That was the stove itself, not including the pad.

Looks like Enviro has tightened up their warrenty in the last few years.

29. This Limited Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and it is non-transferable.
30. This warranty only covers Enviro products that are purchased through an authorized Enviro dealer.
Looks like Enviro has tightened up their warrenty in the last few years.
