I have an Omega pellet stove, it's about 5 years old now and this season there is pellet fines coming out around the bushing on the auger plate, safe to assume the bushing is gone?? Will a new auger plate fix this. It's worked like a charm first problem

Short answer Yes
The bushing is part of the plate
But some fines will come through because
the bushing has some clearances and very
small fines will make its way through as the
bushing wears . Remove the plat clean up the
fines add a small amount of good lubricant to auger
shaft and reinstall Check for dust at a later date
Or you could just replace the plate and bushing
