I have an Enviro Windsor pellet stove. The door needs a new gasket. It appears the gasket has a tubular area that seals the door and a flat flange area whose bottom surface is glued to the door gasket channel and the top surface is glued to the ceramic window.

How can this gasket be replaced?

Any helpful knowledge would be appreciated.

I got the phone number to the Enviro Tech Support people in Canada. The gentleman there answered how to do this.

Seems as though the gasket and window are held in with high temp rtv and you have to stick an Exacto knife or other sharp implement in around the frame and cut the seal. Then you can take the window out and the gasket is stuck to the window with a waxy type of material. You pull the old gasket off, take the paper backing off the new one and stick it to the window. Then you re insert the gasket and window and re-seal with high temp rtv. Close the door for 24 hours and don't use the stove so the rtv is set and you're good to go after that.
