I've tried all the tricks people have recommended to get the pellets to slide down to the auger. I'm ready to buy an extension but being an insert, my opening only measures 21"x 6". That 6"depth is whats holding me back from buying one from The Hopper Extension Co. Anybody have a similar problem or know of a company that will build one to specs?
