Ive been installing my supervent stove pipe today and got it from my stove to the ceiling but I have an extra part. It came with the universal chimney pipe adapter. It has two holes on it and looks like it wraps around it somewhere. Kinda stumped, don't wanna be tearing it apart in the winter. http://www.menards.com/main/heating...niversal-chimney-adapter/p-1323231-c-6890.htm

This is what it came with it, can really figure it out. Anybody else use this?

Sounds like the ceiling adapter for the pipe that connects to the stove.

Came in the box with the chimney pipe adapter. its a band of steel about 2 inches tall with 2 holes at the end, kinda like a huge braclet.

That could be the trim cover for the adapter. Is this Selkirk?
