going through my new to me pellet stove (englander 25 pvdc) and took off the exaust fan but the gasket (a fiberglassy, felt type) that was there pretty m6ch disintigrated.

Where do i get a new one??

or....

isn't there a material i can just buy and make my own?

You can certainly make your own out of high-temp gasket material, lots of folks here use stuff called Lytherm I think? I used some exhaust gasket material I scored over at Amazon called Spectre 565 last year, made multiple gaskets which worked out great. If you do a search here for gaskets, you should find lots of resources and ideas - there are also some dealer members here who sell lytherm.

sweet, thanks :) see that was easy.
