Fair price for a Jotul 118B?

Wife installed this unit in the late 1970s, and used it very lightly for a few years. Hasn't been used at all since 1984--what a shame. It's in excellent condition (1 small chip, genuine--says Jotul on door, 118B below). What would a fair asking price be for such a stove?
