Short answer - probably not at a price you want. There is a lot of discussion of used propane tanks and various non-pressurized tanks. I went with the propane for their long term durability at high temps as compared to most plastics and rubber. I do have a 1500 gallon fresh water cistern that is plastic but it never gets above 55F degrees.
