Hey folks. :)

After months of rain and snow I managed to get some rounds out of the woodlot today. It's still pigged up out there but I was able to haul up a couple partial cartloads and get 'em split.

This is a fraction of what's to come... 6 trees down, 5 of 'em limbed and bucked. Honestly, if this wet weather don't soon let up it's gonna rot out there.

We got a record drenching here but the blooming vegetation is sucking up that water fast. I gotta get out there and start grabbing the small dead stuff that's down before I can't find it in the underbrush! The big stuff I can find anytime....

Finally had a decent weather day here too. I was able to put up about the same amount of maple that I picked up after a crew trimmed around some power lines. Every little bit helps.
