Ok, we have the Pellet Pig club over in the pellet stove forum, I think it's time for a Firewood Hoarders Club.

There can be different levels of addiction, lets discuss.

    1 to 3 cord = social hoarder
    3 to 6 cord = wood-a-holic
    6 to 10 cord = cord-hoarder
    10 to 15 cord = BTU possesor
15 to 20 cord = SWA (severe wood addict)
    20 to 25 cord = FBCJ (full-blown cordwood JUNKIE)
    25 cord - up = woodpile PSYCHO.

So guys and gals, what do you think? Lets get this thing going, we can put it in our signature lines.........I'm already a woodpile PSYCHO!!

Hell, that's nothing to be ashamed of at all! Anything more that a couple of cords shows you have a wood hoarding problem!!

I hear you there, Jay! We probably cut around 35 cord this spring and summer, between my buddy and I. Some we left behind for the customers, we split the rest of it 50/50.

I am a cord hoarder......there is just a narrow path into my wood shed, with wood stacked up to the roof. Sometimes I cry when I have to get rid of any, my wife thinks I am crazy (nothing to do w/wood though) and my neighbors have stopped talking to me(again, nothing to w/......)

BTU possessor. Not due to lack of character, but due to lack of space.

BTU Possessor here and soon to be a SWA. As soon as new wood shed is complete, another 4 cords will be brought in to fill the empty pallets in the drying area making it 16 cords before the start of winter 2012-2013. Life is good!

    I'm SWA.

My goal is to maintain that status. Upgrading is possible, but if I ever go backward, it's not by my choice.

Um, I've been in all those categories many times. So which would I choose? How about having 15 cord on hand then the next day some guy comes along and buys 5?

Can I use face cord?
