I have 10 cords s/s, two cords in rounds and 1 cord of odds and ends and cookies, so total it all up I guess I got 13. All I know is I have nice seasoned wood including oak for this year and next years wood is just about seasoned already.

For the last 4 years I have been in the process of cutting all dead trees off my woodlot(mostly Ash),after doing a quick inventory I find myself possessing about 40 full cord,I guess that makes me a woodpile PSYCHO.This is something my Wife and kids already knew.

So this made me go measure(guys are always doing that aren't they?)

    5 cords of oak/hickory seasoned for ~3yrs
Another 1.5cords that won't be ready till 2013/14 and the stack of willow oak from a few weeks a ago ~2/3cord 2015/16 wood
2cords SYP been s/s for 2.5yrs - some of this will probably rot or be termite food before I ever need to burn it.
4 red oaks that will be c/s/s this winter on the property - I'm waiting till the vipers go to bed for good, crossed paths with a 6' eastern diamond back yesterday afternoon while checking the trail cam.

Averaged about 2.5-3cords/winter so I'm in excess of 3yrs ahead with 9 cord.
I don't think this qualifies as hoarding level - wood piling prepper is more like it.

I forgot the 2/3cord of pallets so I'd say I'm kindling hoarder!

Not sure what to call myself. Split 3/4 cord Hickory today and dropped in on the "to stack" pile which is at one end of the stacks. Went over and checked the "to split" rounds at the other end. Nobody stole any. Split 14 large hickory rounds down to horizontal splitting sizes 1/2 mile away. Main pile that is c/s/s is 34 cords. Pile split to be stacked is pushing 6 cords. Pile to be split is 8-10. That makes all total........................... a real sickness.

Aproximently 6 cords at house (personal use) plus 1/2 cord BL in truck. 8-10 cord ready at partner's acerege. 10-15 cord cut but not split yet. Many more cords in down trees at his place.

Not sure where that puts me but I know we need to get busy.

Guess need to learn to post pictures.

I have 15 cord. Where do I fall? BTU or SWA? In my mind I feel like a severe wood addict! But you set the levels so let me know!

If you have 25 cord+, you could loose close to a cord a year in shrinkage ( I was in the pool!)

Wood pile PHYCSO here, 15 cord css at shop, 20cord css at home, 3 or 4 in the round working on now ( all scroung) about 3 years ahead at this point. seldom sell anything. Even give a face cord away here and there to close friends for their fireplaces. Sliding to the darkside, pellets/ compressed bricks , as I will not be able to keep up the physical pace for ever.

I'm a Junkie - I measured the stacks a few weeks ago and came out at 24 cord. Just moved 4 cord to the barn to hang out with the 1 cord left from our last mild winter. Hope to get at least 3-4 cord put up this fall. Cheers!

If I ever had the time to get 24 cord CSS, I would have to give 1/2 to my wife when she leaves me.
