Hello
Just got the exact fit cast iron coated griddle for the Broil King Regal 490
No need to season the griddle and easy cleanup. :)
Never did this before so we decided to try eggs on the griddle and sausage on the grill. Oops almost forgot the butter!
Do you use cooking oil or butter?
Tried to makes eggs easy over?
Luckily for the first time they were eatable.
What temperature on the grill hood is best for this?
Any tips or tricks to do this better?

I use bacon fat for my eggs and home fries
never put the hood down and keep the heat low
don't want to burn the eggs. Heat high under the
potatoes I like them crispy.
If I have no bacon fat I use a good cooking oil
never use butter it burns too easily
