    I just want the frickin' parts I ordered!

    Stove collar heat shield, not A STOVE PIPE SHIELD!

    DOUBLE WALL 8" oval to 6" round pipe, NOT SINGLE WALL!

    Is there ANYONE that can fulfill a simple parts order?! As far as I can tell, the answer is a resounding "NO!"

    I went with an online vendor this time, Woodland Direct. Should have done that in the first place. The part should arrive by Thursday. I would still like the stove collar heat shield, but I should be okay without it.
